Episode 38: No Adventure Too Small

Soon, morning had approached the Digital World once again, just as Koji, JP, Chris, Joy, and Bogus were still asleep. It was at that moment that Corythomon then came into the room after a few seconds.

"Rise and shine, children! It's a brand new day!" Corythomon said, which caused the four children to start groaning as they began to wake up.

"Ugh, has it really been the whole night?" JP groaned as he got up.

"Come on in the room for breakfast if you want to keep looking for the Silverblaze Flowers," Corythomon said.

"Yeah, but we still have to wait for Bogus to wake up," JP said while gesturing to Bogus who was still asleep.

"Wake up, Bogus, you don't want to be late for breakfast," Chris said.

Upon hearing the word 'breakfast', Bogus's eyes then shot open, before he jolted upward into a sitting position. Then, he began smacking his lips, before he started yawning, in order to eliminate the sleepy feeling that still lingered in his body. Once that was over with, the four children and Bogus then came back into the room, where Corythomon had served a large breakfast, consisting of fruits and pancakes. Just like before, Bogus
was able to scarf down a large amount of pancakes and fruits, filling up his belly once again. After finishing with breakfast, the four children and Bogus knew that they still had a long way to go to find the Silverblaze Flowers.

"Well, Bogus, I hope your belly is full, because we've still got a long way to go to find the Silverblaze Flowers," JP said.

"Don't worry about him, JP, I'm sure he got plenty to eat, he always does," Chris said.

"Yeah, thanks for the help, Corythomon, we really appreciate everything you've done for us," Koji said.

"My pleasure, children! Good luck with finding the Silverblaze Flowers!" Corythomon called out while waving to the four children and Bogus.

After bidding farewell to Corythomon, Koji, JP, Chris, and Joy resumed traveling down to find the Silverblaze Flowers, with Bogus leading the way once again. This time, they would be sure to find the Silverblaze Flowers so that they would use its pollen to return themselves to their regular
size again. Fortunately for them, they were heading in the right direction, so they didn't have to worry about going the wrong way anymore. Other than that, they also had only 12 hours and 43 minutes left before the timespan of the Lilliput Weed powder ran out. However, before they could continue even further, a bunch of metallic energy blasts suddenly flew out before striking the ground right behind the four children and Bogus. The impact was so powerful that it sent them tumbling down a nearby hill until reaching the bottom. Bogus was the first one who fell down to the
bottom of the hill, as he began to spit out some dirt that had gotten into his mouth, before looking over to see if Koji, JP, Chris, and Joy were
alright. While Bogus was alright, he was surprised to find that the four children had been knocked unconscious from the impact of the attack.

"Wake up, keeddies! Wake up! Wake up!" Bogus said worriedly as he shook each of the children to wake them up, to no avail. "Koh-jee! Jeep! Chreesto! Johy!"

Seeing that Koji, JP, Chris, and Joy were still unconscious, Bogus began pacing around rather worriedly, trying to think of a way to revive the
four unconscious children. After looking over to see that he and the four children had fallen next to a nearby stream, Bogus suddenly got an idea
on how to revive his friends.

"Bogus getty bodacious brainstorm!" Bogus said to himself.

Bogus then rushed over towards the stream, before he began reaching into his pocket for an item necessary for him to use. First, he pulled out a fishing pole, but he tossed it aside, then he pulled out a broom, but he also tossed it aside, then he pulled out a flyswatter, which he also tossed aside afterwards. After reaching into his pocket one more time, Bogus then pulled out a straw, which was the exact thing that he needed. Bogus
then inserted one end of the straw into the waters of the stream, before he began to rapidly drink the water from the stream. Within seconds, his belly began to swell up like an overinflated water balloon, due to the fast-paced drinking that he did. After that, Bogus waddled back over to where the four children still laid in unconsciousness, with the water sloshing around inside his belly with each step that he took. Bogus then jumped up
into the air before doing a belly flop on the ground, which caused him to shoot the water from his mouth as it hit Koji, JP, Chris, and Joy, which jolted them from unconsciousness.

"Lifeguard, help! I'm drowning!" JP yelled in a panic.

"Calm down, JP! We're not drowning, we've just had a water wake-up," Koji said.

"Ewwwwwwwwww, gross!" Joy yelled in disgust when she saw that her dress had gotten wet.

"What, Joy? It's only water," Chris said.

"But look at my dress! It's ruined," Joy said in frustration.

"Sowrry," Bogus said rather apologetically.

"Don't worry, Joy. Your dress will be okay," Koji said.

"Yeah, but what was that that blasted us down the hill?" JP asked.

"I've got a feeling that it's probably Roccorro, and he doesn't want us to find the Silverblaze Flowers," Koji answered.

"If that's the case, then we'd better hurry," Chris said.

After climbing back up the hill, the four children and Bogus resumed traveling through the forest, hoping that they would find the Silverblaze
Flowers. Soon, after so much exhausting travel, the four children and Bogus soon came upon a large field that was laden with lots of flowers that had lavender petals with red and silver blaze markings on the petals. No doubt that these were the Silverblaze Flowers that would be necessary
for them to be restored back to their normal size again.

"Are those the Silverblaze Flowers?" Joy asked.

"I don't know, but we'd better check and make sure that they're the flowers we're looking for," Koji said.

"Yep, Koji, these are the Silverblaze Flowers. The picture definitely matches the flowers in that field," JP said while looking at the picture of the Silverblaze Flowers in his D-Tector.

"We did it! We found the Silverblaze Flowers!" Chris cheered happily.

"Hold on, Chris. This information comes with instructions on how to use the Silverblaze Flowers properly," JP said.

"Instructions? What kind of instructions?" Joy asked.

Upon reading the inscription for the Silverblaze Flowers on his D-Tector, JP read out loud that in order for the victim of the Lilliput Weed powder
to be restored back to his normal size again, the victim must use the correct amount of pollen to apply to himself. The amount of pollen that had
to be used was half of the pollen that was inside the Silverblaze Flowers. Because of that, since the pollen from one Silverblaze Flower would only affect one person, this meant that the four children had to use half of the pollen from four Silverblaze Flowers in order for the pollen to take effect on any of them.

"Man, I didn't realize that using the pollen of Silverblaze Flowers would be so difficult," JP said.

"It'll be even more difficult if you do not leave this field at once, ch-ka-da-ba!" The four children and Bogus heard a familiar voice say.

Before any of them could react, Motorramon then zoomed up right in front of them, standing directly in front of the Silverblaze Flower field. He
was then joined up a few moments later by Rock, Warlomon, and Taomon afterwards. Koji, JP, Chris, and Joy were all surprised when they saw
that Rock, Warlomon, Taomon, and Motorramon had returned
once again.

"So, we meet again, children. You were lucky to have found this entire field of Silverblaze Flowers. It's a pity that you haven't got enough time
now to use them" Rock said while giving off a sadistic chuckle.

JP then looked down at the clock on his D-Tector and became surprised to find that he and the others now only had 15 minutes left to use the
pollen from the Silverblaze Flowers if they were to be restored back to their normal size again.

Just a little ways off, Nermal, Odie, Jeffrey, Tanya, Apteryxmon, Pommon, Orchidmon, Kunemon, Gabumon, Sock, Ari, Hank, Drover,
Strikedramon, Wranglermon, Cloutmon, and Tolanmon still searched as hard as they could for their friends, without any success.

"They've gotta be here somewhere," Odie said.

"Yeah, but where, Odie? We've looked everywhere but we couldn't find any sign of the children or Bogus anywhere," Tanya said.

"Maybe they're closer than we think, but we don't know where," Nermal said.

"Who knows?" Sock asked while shrugging.

Before anything else could happen, the rest of the group suddenly heard what sounded like an explosion from off in the distance, before looking
over to see some smoke rise from off in the distance. The rest of the group knew that the four children and Bogus had run into trouble, so because of that, they were able to know where their friends had gone as they quickly ran off towards the direction of where the explosion had come from.

Koji, JP, Chris, and Joy were running for their lives as Motorramon kept shooting his Motorcycle Cannon attack at them. Bogus found himself facing off against Rock, who had
turned into Rockillimon, as the evil black bobcat swiped his claws at Bogus, but he was able to dodge with ease. Warlomon then used an attack of
his own.

"Dark Pulse!" Warlomon held out his hand as it was glowing with a dark gray aura before firing a dark gray energy beam that hit Bogus, blasting
him directly into a nearby tree.

"Bogus!" The four children yelled altogether in horror when they saw their friend get blasted into a tree.

"Ha, that takes care of your friend for now, children. Give up, if you know what's good for you," Rockillimon said.

"Never, Roccorro! Not as long as we're standing together!" Koji said angrily.

Even though the power of their Spirits had been reduced thanks to their small size, Koji, JP, Chris, and Joy had no other choice now but to Spirit Evolve if they were to fight against Rockillimon, Warlomon, Motorramon, and Taomon in order to get the Silverblaze Flowers. With that, they then Beast Spirit Evolved to KendoGarurumon, MetalKabuterimon, RegioGryphonmon, and CherishStagmon, since their Beast Hybrids would be the best choice for them to fight while they were miniaturized. Taomon then fired a Talisman of Light attack at the four Beast Hybrids, but the miniaturized KendoGarurumon used a Howling Star attack, using the blades on his back to cut through the attack like it was nothing. This only prompted Motorramon to fire a Spiked Melee attack that hit KendoGarurumon, giving him some damage. Before Mottoramon could react, he was suddenly attacked by both the miniaturized RegioGryphonmon and the miniaturized CherishStagmon, with RegioGryphonmon using Strato Shockwave and CherishStagmon using Passion Tornado. This gave the miniaturized MetalKabuterimon a chance to use a Bolo Thunder attack that also hit Motorramon, causing him to grunt in pain. At the same time this was happening, Bogus was able to pick himself up, before looking out in time
to see the four Beast Hybrids fighting against Rockillimon, Taomon, Motorramon, and Warlomon. With Motorramon distracted, and with KendoGarurumon fighting Rockillimon, RegioGryphonmon fighting Warlomon, and CherishStagmon fighting Taomon, Bogus then ran over before jumping directly into MetalKabuterimon's horn cannon.

"Great idea, Bogus, I like your thinking!" MetalKabuterimon said.

Motorramon then snapped out of his confusion before saying, "Say your prayers, MetalKabuterimon, hrrrung-ch-ka-da!"

"No, you say your prayers, Motorramon!" MetalKabuterimon shouted.

With that, MetalKabuterimon then fired Bogus directly out from his cannon, right over Motorramon's head. Motorramon then started teasing and jeering MetalKabuterimon, thinking that the Beast Warrior of Thunder had missed, but MetalKabuterimon knew that he wasn't really firing at Motorramon, but was actually aiming directly at the Silverblaze Flower field.

"YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Bogus yelled as he soared through the air before landing in the Silverblaze Flower field.

After picking himself up, Bogus knew that now he had to collect the Silverblaze Flowers to help restore his friends back to their regular size. Remembering what JP had said earlier about using half the pollen from one Silverblaze Flower, and that four Silverblaze Flowers were necessary
to help the four children get back to their true size again, Bogus then picked four Silverblaze Flowers from the field, knowing that the children now had only 8 minutes left before the Lilliput Weed powder took full effect on them. Rockillimon then looked over in time to notice Bogus picking the Silverblaze Flowers.

"Hey! That runt's picking the Silverblaze Flowers! Stop him!" Rockillimon shouted.

"Uh oh! Me outta here!" Bogus said just as he had finished picking all four Silverblaze Flowers before he quickly ran as fast as he could to escape from Rockillimon's wrath.

Before Rockillimon could fully take out his wrath on Bogus, he was suddenly struck by KendoGarurumon who had tackled into him from behind.
This gave Bogus a chance to retreat up the tree where he could be safe, now that he was successful in collecting four Silverblaze Flowers.
Warlomon fired off another Dark Pulse attack at the four Beast Hybrids, but MetalKabuterimon used an Electron Cannon attack to blast the attack
to smithereens. Unfortunately for them, Warlomon then used another attack against them.

"Magic Powder!" Warlomon then pulled out one of his pouches, reached inside, and whipped out a dark powder that sprinkled over the four Beast Hybrids, which gave them a
lot of damage.

"Great job, Warlomon! Ignition Blaster!" Motorramon tilted his upper body back as the base of his upper body revealed a bunch of small cannons
that fired a bunch of metallic energy blasts that hit the four Beast Hybrids, which gave them so much damage as they reverted back into their human forms once again.

Bogus gasped in horror when he saw this happen while he was still up in the tree. At the same time that this had been happening, Bogus had
been taking half of the pollen from the four Silverblaze Flowers, putting each of half of the pollen in four separate jars. Rockillimon then gave
off a cruel chuckle as he, Warlomon, Taomon, and Motorramon stood in front of Koji, JP, Chris, and Joy.

"Ha, face it, children. You've only got 5 minutes left before you remain small forever," Rock said.

"Yes, now prepare to meet your end," Warlomon said.

"Whatever happens, we will not give up!" Koji shouted.

"Yeah, go ahead and do your worst! I don't care what happens to us," JP said after that.

"Have it your way, children," Rockillimon said as he raised his claws, preparing to destroy the four children for good.

However, before he could do so, he was suddenly tackled forcefully by Sockiomon who had flown in to join the fight. Sockiomon was soon joined
up by Aristomon, Bandidomon, Desperadmon, Luminamon, Voltamon, Atmosmon, Lovaressmon, Parrotmon, PureheartOuncemon, SamuraiTokagemon, Hornetmon, WereGarurumon, Cyberdramon, Chirinmon, Crowmon, and Sonimon. Koji, JP, Chris, and Joy were very happy
when they saw that their friends were able to find them. The rest of the group then looked down and became surprised when they saw that the
four children were now the same size as Bogus.

"We did it! We found the children and Bogus!" Luminamon said.

"Yeah, but since when have they been small?" Cyberdramon asked.

"So that's why we couldn't find them," Chirinmon said after that.

From up in the tree, Bogus then gestured to the four children, explaining to them that now that the others have Rockillimon, Warlomon, Taomon,
and Motorramon distracted, he now has the chance to use the Silverblaze Flower pollen on the four children. Understanding what Bogus was
saying to them, Koji, JP, Chris, and Joy then stood in a row just a few feet from each other, so that Bogus could sprinkle the Silverblaze Flower pollen on them, especially since they now had only one minute left until the timespan of the Lilliput Weed powder was up. With that, Bogus then
took the four jars full of Silverblaze Flower pollen out from his pockets before placing them on the tree branch that he was standing on. Bogus
then picked up the first jar and shook the powder out before he took a deep breath and blew the pollen in Koji's direction, before doing the same thing with the other three jars, blowing the pollen at JP, Chris, and Joy, respectively. Soon, the four pollen clouds then landed on Koji, JP, Chris,
and Joy, just as they were now covered with a bright flash of light. Seconds later, the four children then began to grow until they were restored
back to their true size once again.

"We're back to normal again!" JP said happily.

"You did it, Bogus! You got us back to our normal size again!" Chris said after that.

"NO! How could this happen?!?!?" Rockillimon yelled in horror when he saw that the four children were back to their normal size again.

"You misjudge Bogus's potential abilities, Roccorro, so allow me to teach you a lesson in judging other people!" Sockiomon said as he held out
his claws.

With that, Rockillimon and Sockiomon then began swordfighting with each other with their claws once again. Now that Koji, JP, Chris, and Joy
were back to their normal size once again, they then pulled out their D-Tectors before Swift Spirit Evolving to AlphaGarurumon, SupremeKabuterimon, CovertGryphonmon, and Heartranimon. AlphaGarurumon fought Warlomon, Heartranimon fought Taomon, and SupremeKabuterimon and CovertGryphonmon fought Motorramon. Taomon had fired a Thousand Spells attack at Heartranimon, but Lovaressmon used a Love Blade attack to block off the attack before PureheartOuncemon used a Shockwave Slash attack that did a lot of damage on Taomon. Sockiomon slashed his claws at Rockillimon, but Rockillimon dodged before hitting Sockiomon on the head with a Hades' Claws attack. This
shocked Bogus very much when he saw this happen, so he decided that he would do something about it, as he started growling angrily before
he jumped off the tree before falling towards Rockillimon. Rockillimon was about to use another claw attack on Sockiomon, when Bogus suddenly jumped down and bit Rockillimon's tail really hard.

"YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Rockillimon screamed
when he felt Bogus bite his tail.

With that, Rockillimon began whipping his tail around, trying to get Bogus off, before he was suddenly hit by a Victorian Slash attack from Sockiomon. This only angered Rockillimon, just as he had shook Bogus off his tail, before he slashed his claws at Sockiomon again, but he
dodged. Taomon fired another Thousand Spells attack at Heartranimon, but she dodged before using a Heart Shocker attack that did even
more damage on Taomon, which caused her to flee from the battle again. Similarly, Motorramon found himself fighting a losing battle when SupremeKabuterimon and CovertGryphonmon combined Thunder Claw and Sky Ring Blaster so he also fled as well. This only left Rockillimon
and Warlomon left in the battle.

"Enough is enough! This time, I will shrink all of you down to the size of pitiful insects!" Warlomon said as he pulled out his pouch full of Lilliput Weed powder and prepared to throw it at the gang.

However, before he could do so, this time, he was suddenly struck from behind by a Desolation Claw attack from Cyberdramon, which caused
the pouch of Lilliput Weed powder to get thrown into the air. Afterwards, both Cyberdramon and Chirinmon then used Desolation Claw and Wind Cutter Sword to strike the pouch, which caused it to get destroyed before disintegrating into pieces of data.

"No! This cannot be happening! You will pay for that! Midnight Spell!" Warlomon pressed the tips of his index fingers before firing a dark energy
bolt that struck the two Digimon, giving them some damage.

However, because of the fact that Warlomon was now powerless without his pouch of Lilliput Weed powder, this gave the rest of the group a
chance to use their strongest attacks against Warlomon. AlphaGarurumon used Howling Torpedo, Luminamon used Solar Blast, SupremeKabuterimon used Thunder Claw, Voltamon used Electric Wave, CovertGryphonmon used Strato Slash, Atmosmon used Jackal Typhoon, Heartranimon used Emotion Blast, Lovaressmon used Cherished Swarm, Parrotmon used Sonic Destroyer, PureheartOuncemon used Discord Destroyer, SamuraiTokagemon used Leaf Tempest, Hornetmon used Arsenic Stinger, WereGarurumon used Garuru Kick, Cyberdramon used Desolation
Claw, Chirinmon used Holy Wave, Crowmon used Black Feather, and Sonimon used Sonar Laser. This time, Warlomon was powerless as he screamed in great pain when he felt the attacks hit him before his Fractal Code became exposed afterwards. CovertGryphonmon then stepped forward to perform the Fractal Code scan.

"Warlomon, your days of casting curses and spells on other Digimon are over," CovertGryphonmon said before he pulled out his D-Tector and
turned it on as the Japanese Kanji symbol of Sky appeared on the screen. "So prepare for your soul to be purified by the powers of Sky!"

Then, he began to scan the Fractal Code, "Fractal Code Digitize!"

After the Fractal Code was unraveled, Warlomon got turned into a Digi Egg that flew off towards the direction of the Village of Beginnings. Once Warlomon was defeated, that only left Rockillimon left in the battle as he became very nervous once he realized that Warlomon was defeated
and that his plan had failed again. This gave Bogus a chance as he jumped onto a branch that acted as a see-saw, which catapulted a rock through the air before it struck another tree that Rockillimon was standing next to. At first, Rockillimon could only jeer Bogus for missing, but what he
didn't know was that he was standing on one end of another tree branch that was also like a see-saw, so the tree then fell over before falling
onto the tree branch that Rockillimon was standing on, which sent him flying across the distance, getting rid of him once again. Later, once
the battle was over with, the group were all back in their regular forms once again. Of course, Koji, JP, Chris, and Joy were happy to be back
to their normal size once again thanks to Bogus's help, though they were even more happy to be reunited with their friends again. The four
children and Bogus then explained to the others that Rock and Warlomon had shrunk them down to Bogus's size in an attempt to destroy
them once and for all, but thanks to Bogus's valiant efforts, they were able to find the Silverblaze Flowers to restore themselves back to
their true size again.

"Such an astounding story. I really wish that I would have seen it happen," Ari said.

"But it did happen, Aristotle, maybe now no one will ever misjudge Bogus for what he is ever again," Sock said.

"Speaking of which, JP, do you have anything you'd like to say?" Koji asked while turning his gaze towards JP.

"You're right, Koji. Today, I learned a very important lesson, and that is that we should get to know other people a little better before we become quick to judge them about what they are and what they do," JP answered.

"You said it, JP," Chris said.

JP then turned his gaze towards Bogus, finally smiled at him, and said, "I was wrong about you, Bogus. I understand now that although you may
be a gremlin, you are a very unorthodox yet potential fighter in your own style."

Bogus was especially happy to hear that JP had now finally accepted him for what he was. Then, he cleared his throat, reminding JP about a
certain part of the deal that had been made the previous day. At first, JP didn't understand, until he finally remembered his part of the deal,
which was that if Bogus helped the children find the Silverblaze Flowers, JP would give Bogus a chocolate bar.

"Oh well, win some, lose some, I suppose. Here, Bogus, you've certainly earned this," JP said as he pulled out one of his chocolate bars before giving it to a grateful Bogus.

After accepting the chocolate bar from JP, Bogus then took the wrapper off the chocolate before he began to happily eat the chocolate. Soon,
with all of the trouble of having to deal with Rock and Warlomon put behind them, Koji, Nermal, JP, Odie, Chris, Jeffrey, Joy, Tanya, Apteryxmon, Pommon, Orchidmon, Kunemon, Gabumon, Sock, Ari, Bogus, Hank, Drover, Strikedramon, Wranglermon, Cloutmon, and Tolanmon all continued resuming their journey, in the hopes that they would meet up with their friends once again.
